Second Mom!

All of us were ask to stay in the mission home and our mission president instructed us to prepare to leave at 3pm to fly over to Manila . So we just stayed and assisted the people . Then 2pm before we left . Tears started to run down over some sister's eyes , some remained strong while preparing to Leave Tacloban. Sister Andaya called all the sisters and gathered us at their room. As we enter we saw Multitude of Necklace and Bracelets . Each one of us were given one. We were ever grateful for their loved as our Mission Parents. Preparing to leave we receive hug from her and even felt how she will definitely miss each one of us. As we rode The mission car we felt so sad and will deeply missed the Land that we have serve . Sadly we haven't reach the time , supposed to be we will leave 3pm but we reach at 4 pm. As we went back we always prayed in our hearts to help TACLOBAN people in each trials and challenges that they have been facing . We felt Peace and HOPE for each of these people whom we have learned to loved most.

My Next Assignment!

I receive  a call from our Zone Leaders and was ask to travel the next day to Tacloban as a Center point. When I reach Tacloban . I drop at the Robinson's mall and was hoping to get a ride down to Burgos Chapel but unfortunately no one would stop . A guy came in with his "Potpot" and told me that he would drop me to Burgos . So I traveled with the "potpot" about 20-30 min. haha! What an experience! I reach the Chapel and Saw the New Zone Leaders with Sister Laureano. They were so excited to see me and even Handed me the opened Transfer letter . When I got it I had no words to say but in still Shock for the new assignment. I was quite nervous because I know The Lord expects my hard work and example in this kind of assignment. I'm blessed to have Sister Laureano , she taught me how to be a Good Sister's Training Leader, Exchanges and Training this lovely sister's is a divine role. It has blessed me Spiritually and learned that he knows my capability and capacity. Despite of my weaknesses He has showed me How he Trust me this sacred calling. This Assignment has bless my life. Indeed I had doubts and even questioned "why me?" . As President Andaya Said: " The Lord knows you, He knows you can do it , And you are Foreordained in this calling.Your name is Floating in the air while I was praying and asking whom I am going to call for this new assignments. " And I am grateful for that experience!

My First Area BALAQUID - BILIRAN ZONE

My first area , first family! I remember attending sacrament meeting for the First time and It was a Testimony Sunday being there and listening to their testimonies I can feel that the Small House was filled by the spirit hearing those words from these sons and Daughter of God . I have been able to see them , each of them as Child of God. It was a blessing being able to serve him Full Time. My trainer has taught me a lot one of these are in teaching and even help me to be  a wiser Missionary and a better person each Day. The area was great! Member's are very lovable and they love us so much! The place looks like a " Bario " place where you can't even see big building and even big stores, but it is a Paradise. Souls are waiting.

Philippines Tacloban Mission

Well here we go! we are now being prepared to enter the Field into our Missions. I'm with my batches named : Sister Sevilla, Sister Cabrera , Sister Abiera and Elder Empase . We were met by our mission President : President Andaya and His Asssistants Elder Nelson and Elder Ausban. It was amazing! Reaching your area and can't wait to walk around these streets and Share. We also met our two batches from Provo Utah, Sister Bogenshutz and Elder Murdock. We had Lunch at the Mission Home and Headed to our whole day Training.

Trainer's are about to be revealed! We are all excited . Then we heard the "I Shall Return" message from Mission President's wife and then after that the Trainer and Trainee were announced . My Trainer is Sister Besera from China Hongkong Mission but she is originally from Bohol . She is amazing! She taught me well and she's like my mom... I love her! I'm gonna serve in my First Area in BALAQUID- BILIRAN ZONE. language: waray2x and Cebuano .
